When asked about Asians in Chicago, most people only think about a few Asian communities. but there are so many Asian communities that also live herewho don't feel seen in the same way. ​in fact, there are at least 15 different Asian communities that live here. each is beautiful and deserves to be seen and celebrated.  Let's share our human sameness.  Let's see and celebrate our beautiful differences.  
 
We worked with over 20 community members to help with translations of "we each belong" in the language of each Asian community that lives in Chicago.  Translations are hard, and while these may not be exact/how another native-speaking member may translate it, we hope this can serve as a seed of inspiration and celebration that can grow into further conversation.
